I dont think so. Prague groschen - especially those of Wenceslaus II of Bohemia - were very popular and were valid almost everywhere. for this reason, their imitations often appear (but contemporary forgery too). sometimes it is hard to say if it is imitation or forgery as the borderline is not defined conclusively.

Alexeo: as oliver said it seems to be a contemporary imitation or forgery- i.e. coin of more or less same value in terms of silver content or fake with less silver. In any case it looks more like a coin from the time when Prague Grossi were struck rather than a recent production.
