Slečno Drahuško! Marně čekám od Vás, neb
od sestřičky potvrzení, že na př. s tímto lístkem
jste dohromady dostaly 10 (deset fotografií).
Ptám se jen z jedné příčiny, z obavy by se
neztrácely a následně pošlu i ostatní. Jelikož
liknavé slečny se nemají k odpovědi oznamuji,
že tímto lístkem končí posílání foto, snad tak
slečny donutím a mohu se pochlubit, že mám
připraveny ještě krásné pohledy, hotel, průvod
s knězi, slavnost na moři a víc nepošlu dokud
se mi neodpoví. Též vám posílám 1 rybu, ale prý
to není il pesce cavel = pes ryba = žralok, nýbrž
il pesce smeriglio = ryba sobříž, ale ať jest to co
??? Vezměte obě slečny ultimatum na vědomí !!!

Miss Drahuska! I am waiting in vain for comfirmation from you or from little sister that you recieved 10 photograps with this postcard. I am asking just for a reason not to lose them and Id like to send more. As you are too slow with answer Im letting you know that I will not send you any more photos and maybe Ill force you to do so with it. I can boast that I have ready more nice postcards as church, parade of priests, celebration on mass. I will not send anything untill you will answer me. I am sending you 1 fish but it supposedly not a il pesce cane =dog fish= shark but il pesce smeriglio = porbeagle fish. But let it be whatever it is!!! Definitely take note of it both of you!!!
